I have the molecular enhancer I just started using it again, I know this is not 
the same as putting a direct current in the mouth but will this do?

I don't think anything can actually 'heal' a cavity because the damage has 
already been done.  However, if you have gum disease and cavities in progress, 
plaque etc. CS is helpful, but what REALLY works well is an occasional 5 minute 
dose of micro-electricity.  This has had amazing results for people with 
abscesses, loose teeth, bleeding gums etc.
