Yes,Xylitol would work.I have used same off and on for a long time.However, I like the liquid Sweet Leaf “SteviaClear” by Wisdom Natural Brands.Gilbert, Arizona, www.sweetleaf.com This has no taste where-as the powder form was some-what bitter if a bit too much was used.
