Hi Jane, I would imagine more coconut oil and less beeswax. Since coconut oil is readily absorbed I would think the beeswax is in there to give it some staying power as well as being a moisture barrier. Coconut oil is a poor moisture barrier for me. I am even thinking about adding a little lanolin/cocoa butter since they are so healing. Thanks again, Melly.
