Hello, Don't use salt. It forms silver compounds during CS production. You want colloidal silver in the water only, not products formed with silver and other chlorides.
Also, always use distilled water. It has no salts. If you follow these rules, you should end up with good CS. It may not be of the particle size you want but at least it will be CS and nothing else.
