Marie, I have used CsPro and found it to be wonderful, I currently use the wateroz and am in the middle of a herx again. I started taking the wateroz at the same quantity that I was taking the CSPro at which was a big mistake since the ppm difference. I am going to slack off on the wateroz until this subsides. I have found both to be beneficial. Donna
