Since i'm new here ill ask an age old question. Does silver get destroyed in the gut? i use many different delivery methods but the ingestion seems by far the best. i have plenty but would like not to waste it. Any accompanying documentation would be greatly appreciated. p.s. remember i'm a newbie :O)
