Good day all: I want ya all to know i appreciate all your kind advise on all these matters. i lost faith in the whole medical establishment years ago, and while i dont have a squeaky clean life i am in the daily recovery process of body,mind, and spirit. i have been taking a gram 2x a day of MSM. i also started magnesium cholride. i had a bit of the out house blues yesterday and this morning had a lot of muscle spsasms in upper torso. Do ya'll think i am detoxing from the msm?? Also i havnt got the mag. oil yet and have to wait till next month cause of $$$. So throw what ever ya have at me and ill be grateful. In His Love gary
