I agree wholeheartedly. I wish there was more sanity and less crap to deal
with by way of food and chemical insults. I just hope to halt enough of it
to help my system keep a grip on health. Impossible to avoid it all, and I
know that. I never wanted to be someone who shows up at someone's house and
says, I just don't eat that, or whatever the case may be. I do what I can
but know I may well be facing some wretched cancer anyway or other problem.
Gotta keep going though and will do the best I can without becoming
obsessed with some kind of perfection I just can't reach in the world as it
is today. Not giving up here, will keep doing what I can to improve things
for future generations, but know that for now, it is far from perfect.
Hang in there everyone, helping each other goes along way to the kind of
world worth living in.
