A relative who works for the Gvt in Oz told me long ago that they are all 'saved' but not necessarily listened to unless they are investigating. Then they can just retrieve it.

Someone years ago either on this group or Rife (could have been dear Wayne Fugitt) went with a technician on a job and saw acres of underground office space with people listening in to phone calls.
