To fill in my "story" a bit -- it now being 6:20 AM and our tiny town (1600 pop. -- more in summah) church has magnificent breakfasts every Saturday. This is the next to last for the season, and I meet friends at 7 AM. I'm a recovering alcoholic (43 years active in AA) was a counselor in NJ and PA for 21 years, now retired, widow, and in Maine. I am VERY anti-Big Pharma drugs because I wish to protect my sobriety and most are "mood-changers" for me, and therefore could trigger "stinkin' thinkin' that leads to drinkin' " I don't believe -- yes, Neville, it is "belief" because I've not had Shingles myself -- that early catch means early cure. I see no reason to be in horrible pain. I must also assume that a "little" CS regularly would wipe out any emerging Shingles virus. I do a quarter cup on Sunday mornings. Should I be using the term EIS? With friends, I write and say C-Silver because then I don't need to keep explaining to those who aren't in-the-Know. I have a darling round sticker for the top of my bottles with a picture of an ocean wave and only the words C-Silver and my phone number. Any "sales" are at $3 a pint.
