Don't know if CS will take care of it but I doubt it. I have had some luck freezing some off with commercial freeze spray.
Some people on Curezone talked about using concentrated hydrogen peroxide on them. Just coat the normal skin around the keratosis with Vaseline using a Q-tip, and put some H2O2 on the spot. Has to be a higher concentration than the 3% over the counter peroxide. It's possible that MMS or some form of chlorine dioxide would take care of them if you can tolerate it.
