A raw food diet incorporating fresh fruit, vegetables, low-gluten,
juices, soups, broths, sun-baked breads, omega-3,6,9, full-range of all
vitamins with emphasis on zinc, vitamin c and copper - aloe juicing 1x a
week, colonic to clear debris, one liver cleanse - and you have CURED
your acne. Do NOT expect to ingest chemicals and continue to consume
high-fat, hydrogenated junk food from (hamburgers, pizza, chips, sugar)
and somehow that acne will disappear. Your deluding yourself and this is
actually a high-risk think to do - OVERTOXING the liver. You want the
opposite - releasing the toxins - not adding to them.
