When I faced surgery on my broken ankle bones last year, I told the surgeon 
that as a Lymie, I wouldn't comply with abx afterward, but would be using CS. 
He nodded, saying that he respected silver, that he uses only 
silver-impregnated surgical dressings, as well. Léna
