It's interesting you mentioned about how most UTI could stem from E Coli. I 
was, to my shock, a few years ago, diagnosed with E Coli -- yuck.  Took 
supplements to clear that up (but it wasn't D-Mannose)...
It's scary of how these sneaky bacteria creep up into our bodies. Yikes...

I've find that black pepper, cinnamon, and some other food ingredients triggers 
my UTI too. 

Also check for yeast infection.
