CS>Dry Eyes

Has anybody here used CS for dry eyes.  I have one eye that is really
giving me trouble.  Using preservative free eye drops that help a little.
Started CS on Monday ..seems a little better.  Doctor prescribed steroid
drops .. i'm hesitant to get that filled.  Any advice ?   Tks   Tricia
