Hi All, Does anyone have any information or experience with mixing Shilajit and EIS/CS together for consumption?
I'm curious if there is any benefit or advantage or special use for such. I know we have some specific uses of mixing CS with clay, or mixing with Aloe vera juice, etc., but I do not remember ever seeing anything about mixing with Shilajit. Thanks!
