We should be able to moderate ourselfs. We don't need others to do it. Let's
be responsible adults.

I'm not an expert in this, but can't we contact someone at
eskimo.com? Explain to them that moderator Mike has not been here
in many years, and ask them to assign a new moderator? There must
be someone at eskimo.com that can assign a new moderator. If they
don't want to remove Mike as moderator, assign a co-moderator.
How many years of a no-show moderator does eskimo accept before
they will assign a new one?
