Silver listers, I believe its "Grape Seed Extract" NOT grape fruit.
Comes from the humble grape, yes! the wine grape and as you can imagine there are plenty of seeds to process for the extract and it's still relatively expensive. I use it as an alternative to the Roche vitamin C. Roche being the world's leading manufacturer. I don't take store bought Vitimin C as I have heard from a reliable source (a renowned alternative Healther) that the body really becomes a little addicted to this "non natural source". again, correct me if I'm off the the mark!!
