My gallbladder was full of stones, but when they did the surgery, the Dr. said there were none left. I attribute it to going on a very low fat diet for 3 months prior to my surgery. I put the surgery off due to work problems, and the thought of going thru any attacks such as the two I'd had with it gave me the incentive to stay faithfully on the diet. I also lost a lot of weight being on the lowfat diet. I allowed myself 30 grams of fat per day and broke it down into 3 segments for the basic 3 meals per day(10 grams per meal) and if I had any grams left over I allowed that for snacks. I should have stayed on the diet as now I've gained it all back! :) lol Barb -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
