Thank you for your insight into the HV
topic.  I have never thought of a small
capacitance (such as the CRT receiving
the 25KV) causing as much as one amp
to flow for a microsecond or so.  This is
very interesting.  Glad I didn't die from
the shocks I got in the early 1970's when
HV insulation in TV's was pretty bad (real
rubber, complete with cracks).)
