I'll try to get better. and thank you) was gone a lot longer than planned last evening. got home to a very strong tasting batch of CS....with silver "scum" on the top. is this batch okay to use, or do you guys think I should pitch it? it sure does taste like it'd knock a bacteria stiff, and I hate to toss it out on supposition! thanks for any help and opinions, you all.
