Sure, but what about the other 5, and why every day for weeks on end. Also why would they intentionally dump fuel only over the city, turning around, stopping dumping while over the countryside, then start dumping when over the city again, back and forth in a grid pattern for an hour or more? It is obviously intentional, whatever it is.
