I added an 82 ohm resistor to my 13.5/30 VDC Radio Shack power supply to reduce the current. After about 1 hour the current was around 40 ma and the laser beam could be seen with the Cs on the kitchen table, strong TE. I had to calculate the current by measuring about 3.2 VDC across the resistor, for some reason my meter is acting up reading current. I would not use the power supply for Cs internally without adding the resistor. I think it might be OK for plants, hot tubs, etc., where a 20 minute batch is desired. Brickey
