Katie, I use the SOTA unit. I've been in touch with them on this point and the response has been that some of their staff drink up to 5 glasses per day. With the latest *kerfuffle* involving SOTA & the Canadian government I doubt that they will venture any opinion at all now! I've personally taken up to 8 glasses in one day to meet a particular health challenge, but the average is 4. Probably the worst that can happen if you take too much is that it may make you a little loose in the 'tum'. On the other hand, if you have a health challenge or are into Zapping etc. get stuck into it.
