Intriguiging. Primarily it is the same compound found in many calcium supplements, and even Tums. But it also contains other trace minerals, such as magnesium.
I believe I am doing something similar with the calcium inserts I put in my Juniper alkaline water machine. Not sure how much good it is doing me now, but should know in the next 50 years.
