Dear Hamilton, I looked at the site, and they seem to be using 'silver' not CS, in fact an experiment they did with rats and CS is saying that CS is toxic in rats. I can't find where the details of this are documented.
They are also using chemical water purifiers. They don't work well enough to brew CS with, and are very expensive.
