Dear Saphakasha, I presume you saw my post stating not to under any circumstances use preparation H. Just drinking CS should get it to the area. Witch Hazel will both shrink Hroids and stop the itching. I know that can be misearble. You also need to stop all chocolate products for awhile and other forms of caffeine. For some crazy reaosn thay make Hroids itch more.
