Common guys, Lets play this story back. The guy's feet and heels are cracking. Skin is flaking. The toe nails are a normal color at the time. Foot soak in CS turns the nails yellow. The nails, like bones have their own components of protien.
You coulld marinate crab claws in barely grass pure' and probably turn them green. Strong chlorox turns nylon yellow. Tetracycline turns kids teeth black or gray. Maybe the fellow had shower water residue from earlier and flouride and orther trace minerals in the water that interacted and turned the toenails yellow. If I were a guy, I'd let them grow back (6 months white) and only take cotton swabs of CS to the cracks in skin. I would take a good B-complex 3 x a day. Review my diet. Soak feet in Epson salts for minerals and look into Dermatology on the Internet to find somethiing. You coulld have a skin fungus and a Croft Zapper worn in your sock would help if not cure any germ problems. It still might be a way your processing oils. I'd get some fresh Alo Vera plant or maybe iodine (Hilda Clark says it's good on many germs). For good luck I'de make sure there was some cold pressesed salmoon oil around too. Good luck.
