well i just joined this list and have a 'problem' with the 'sugject topic:
'Most Diseases are Lifestyle Decisions '
this is far from the truth...i have lyme disease late-stage and there was
nothing
in my lifestlye to avoid lyme disease. Smoking cigerettes is more example of
'life-style' choice and diseases.
this statement does not fit alot of diseases...and often puts blame on an
innocent patient.these types of black and white statements can and do hurt
patients who have chronic untreated undiagnosed infections as in the case of
lyme disease.
