Still, you should look at your immune system at large. It is complex. I did start to drink kefir in april and some of my accute-old pains disapeared: back pain, psoriasis and belly ache. Kefir is reputed to bring in some friendly bacterias; it also might push away the infamous candida albicans bacteria(who thrives on sugar-carbohydrate).
A question for the group: the standard mercury amalgam does contains silver, doesn't it?? If we assume that some of the mercury get in our body, should be the same for silver no?
