Did this get answered Del?

Any way...
The method works only if there is sufficient dissolved solids in the
water. The metallic ions are drawn towards to negative electrode, and
carry with them a layer of water which includes any free OH- (hydroxyl)
ions present. The opposite happens at the positive electrode to which
the Cl- ions etc migrate, carrying the H+ fraction of water with them. A
concentration of H+ ions creates acid and a concentration of OH- creates
alkaline waters respectively.

Or so I am led to believe.

The water is healing, in respect to its ability to neutralise the acid
wastes that accumulate in the body in daily life.

Ivan.
