No it isn't. There are many double blind studies of homeopathic preparations being very effective (and hemeopathics are simply different forms of structured water). I have done experiments using a $5,000 scanning spectrophotometer on water structured by different methods: magnetic, holy water and healing water, dolphin rings, thought projection of energy, and have absolute scientific proof that the infrared and uv absorption spectrum is different once it is structured. In fact I made the mistake of letting a healer mentally project healing energy into a vial of water using the $200 quartz vial that comes with the scanning spectrophotometer. Not only was the water changed, but the vial became unusable as well! How it is structured is very important. That is why there are so many different homeopathics.
