Hugh,

Make your own silver bandage or dressing ... soak in colloidal silver,
dry in oven.
Irradiate ulcer with laser pointer... give it 5 mins covering the whole
area and a bit besides. Twice a day.

Both of these methods stimulate tissue growth.
