Have her take a look at dorway.com. It is full of information, which is totally documented. Even if that one item was not true, that doesn't change that thousands of others are.
Note that the rebuttal is by the manufacturer, the sites that have documentation proving the problems are non-profit. Should be obvious who is STS and who is STO.
