Ron, I've never been in the doctor's situation, but it just seems to me that the strong incentive would be to hang onto the rewards of the many grouling years of school and income it affords. Dissenting from the official dogma would be to get kicked out of the club. It would take an unusually strong person to unlearn and relearn and leave it all behind to do what is right.
