If the FDA thinks it can put the plug back in the jug,
they're about 2 yrs late. Per Dr. Beck, a schematic
author - quotes 'Code of Federal Regulations 21 : 807.65
Subpart D - Exemptions, Para. {d} & {f} - Excludes &
exempts from regulation:
"(d) Licensed practitioners, including physicians,
dentists, & optometrists, who mf'r or otherwise alter
devices solely for use in their practice."
"(f) Persons who mf'r, prepare, propagate, compound, or
process devices solely for use in research, teaching, or
analysis, & do not introduce such devices into
commercial distribution."
He advises to check for local & state statutes that
could apply [like in Calif. & N.Y. where they like
suppresion].
Summary is - you can do anything you're brave enough to
try as long as you don't sell it [or lie about why you
sell it]; can't make any public health claims to go w it.

Vancouver B.C., pay $12 to get a manual that shows how
to build yours, includes a simple ckt to make CS
[barbaric current limiting at too much], pulsed magnetic
field generation [for viruses that hide out where blood
won't go, like nerve sheaths & lymph system], ozone
generation, 57 pgs. IMHO, it's the best data source for
that stuff [but doesn't tell much about CS technique].
FDA jumped on Rife devices yrs back- drove practitioners
underground till they expanded the treatment frequency
list to most of 1000 maladies [doubled in the last 3
yrs]; forced them to learn the law & lurk. Subsidizes
price gouging, so we go around them.
Be advised that the FDA doesn't give a rat's tail about
legalities. If the head guy was paid to approve, it
will get approved & the public can go suck rocks & die.
Doesn't much matter the topic - only needs piles of $
involved to buy an approval - or suppression. When they
hit you personally, you can follow the sheep, roll
over, let the system deplete your insurance & be sick a
long time, or use some smarts & do your own treatment.
That really bums out M.D.s because it violates their
[fatally flawed] medical model they spent yrs to promote.
