Steve: I would make up two identical samples of your brew. In one I would bubble air or oxygen (I don't believe using a small oxygen bubbler for several hours would be costly). then measure conductivity (which is possibly reported as "PPM Silver" on your TDS-1) vs time for both samples. Compare the results you observe. > possibility is the particle size is changing. Use a laser before and after I have a laser. Am I looking to see if there are more. or less, larger particles? Steve: Yes, first write down what you see "before and after" using a laser. THEN give your interpretation with regard to particle size. Post it to the list to see how your interpretation compares to that of others who may have more experience making this type of interpretation. That way, we may all learn something.
