Is there any reason why CS should be made using pure distilled water that has been Alkalinized and ozonated. Maybe in theory this has everything.

I also have alopecia, and thyroid problems which copper and zinc is suppose to be excellent for which is why im interested in it. Im having a mate make me a alkaline.acid water convertor which is suppose to restructure the water as well. Im interested in how the structure of water can effect the metabolism. From what i can gather this device create water with wet electrons in it, which is like having a caged electron, surounded by hydrogen and oxygen bonds. I've only just started to look into all this stuff and man is there allot to learn. Ive started teaching mysefl basic chem so i can atleast understand it a bit.
