Ivan: As I recall, Frank believes that ionic silver is an effective germicide
for topical applications and lung infections. It's when the infection
requires the bloodstream to transport silver that Frank believes ionic silver
is ineffective because, according to him, silver chloride will precipitate. I
proposed several experiments to begin to explore the validity of his
hypothesis. Without experimental studies this debate will go on endlessly.
Even some of the "techies" are becoming bored since these discussions are
only speculative since no in vivos, CS data is included to back up any
particular point of view. Roger
