If distilled water leaches minerals out of the body, then these are minerals
the body does not need. that makes it OK.

This is not true, for example if there is a high level of calcium or other
minerals it creates a lot of health challenges, also the body cannot use the
minerals from normal tap water, it must come from a plant source.

What people consume is a high level of table salt which is not good for you,
however 1/4 tsp. per lt. of  sea salt in filtered or distilled water will
provide all the natural minerals the body needs.
