My brother is a diabetic and prone to kidney and bladder infections due to sugar spilling into his urine. He's been swigging CS I make for him once or twice a day for the last couple of years, at least. It does not completely eliminate them, but it has kept the problem under control so that he's not had to seek antibiotics. Be well, Mike D.
