I'm a bit busy at the moment. I was going to put together a schematic of a CS maker that used a voltage trippler. That way you only had use one rechargable 9V. I think its important that with people like us who are more aware than the average joe blogg that we make a point to look after the environment. The circuit also used a current regulator, with a pot and resistor combination to give a linear choice between 1 microamps and 20 microamps. I think once the final schematic is completed that the part numbers not only inlcude the radio shack catalog numbers but also Dick Smith catalog numbers which is Australia and New Zealand equivalent. I'm busy starting up a ecommerce development business at the moment, but if someone wants to put the schematic in a tidy form using a schematic program I can email the various schematics which make up the final thing to the person. It simply consist of the voltage tripler and the current regulator. Pretty easy to work out how it all goes together. If when it is done that person emails me the schematic i can look up the equivalent dick smith catalog numbers and email them, so they can be included in the FAQ.
This is a really good idea to make a FAQ. Its about time and are surprised it wasnt thought of before now.
