I would call the county and ask them what labs do complete water testing.
The county I live in does minimal stuff and refers out to a better lab for
complete water analysis.  Possibly your county does the same thing.  At the
very least, they should be able to tell you other places you can go.

Best of luck.  Lives on an old dump?  Serviced by a well?  He doesn't drink
this water does he?  I think I'd even be afraid to shower in it.
