I just wanted to thank everyone on this list for their willingness to share regarding CS. I belong to homesteading ladies list where I'm sort of considered one of the regular information folks. It's so nice to be able to glean from others for awhile. I will say I'm still a little confused about all the conflicting info I'm reading about CS. I will try to be patient and learn from everyone. I hope to get a generator soon. Ken, you posted that you are making your CS by the gallon. On your site you have an option for a quart jar...do you have a gallon option? Deanna
