Came across a message talking about a pump up type of garden sprayer, and had the immediate idea... throw away the spray head and then use the pump and air resevoir to power an air-brush nebuliser. Whilst oxygen is the transport gas of choice, plain air works also and is a lot easier to procure. Back to the reading...
