Hi there

Have you explored the whole area of diet and allergies?  You didn't say - so
I am not assuming you have done this.

When I eat dairy products - mainly milk and cheese - my whole mouth itches,
and my ears itch as well.  I also get tinnitus at times - not often though.

Wheat allergies can cause ear and throat problems in young children, so If
you had these as a child, I would investigate this further.

Something you are ingesting is irritating your  system, be it food,
environmental, or chemical.  CS might help soothe or kill infection, but it
won't help if its an allergic thing that's going on.

Let us know what you think - keep perservering - you will find the answer
one day.
