Hi, I am new to the list. I was wondering if anyone could direct me where I could find more info on CS...i.e. how to take it, when to take it. how much. etc. etc. Any help would be greatly appreicated.
Thank you, Marge Dear Marge, Hi! I`m Marshalee, one of the golden oldies on the List. Do you want to make your own CS? If so do you need the directions for the generator? I can email them if you do. I take a swallow of my homemade CS once a day for a preventive, or if something`s coming along, I take 3 swallows, which is about one cup. Others have taken a lot more. I`ve been using CS for more than 6 years now, and have had no problems with it. It cured me of Lyme Disease when antibiotics couldn`t. Marshalee
