Nick

This killing off gut bacteria indiscriminately worried me a lot too till
someone on this list pointed out that our good gut bacteria are mostly in
the lower gut and so most of silver has been absorbed/used up earlier.

The comment partially satisfied me - so am passing it on. Jan

Yes, you are right about the allergy thingee. I had forgotten about that.
My son,s asthma is almost non existent, and I believe it is mostly due to
daily CS. The only problem I have with the rest of your note, is that CS
will kill off the good and bad bacteria alike. As far as I am aware, no-one
has produced any evidence that it(CS) can distinguish between good and bad
bacteria. I have heard people say that, but never seen any evidence to back
it up. Anyone have any?

I know about food combining, and I do that as much as possible, but my diet
is so restricted that sometimes I eat what I can even if it is not
complimentary...

Thanks for your help

Tracy
