CS>CS for fungus on dogs

Hi all!  I just found out that my Lab. puppies have fungus on their rear feet 
and on their tails. The vet gave us anti-fungal soap, but there has been 
little improvement in last 10 days.  Does anyone have experience with CS on 
fungus?   I am thinking of putting the pups in about an inch of CS in the tub 
and letting them just play in
it for a while.   What  do you think?
