What US suppliers are doing for Canadian customers who can't get certain supplements that are unavailable in Canada, is to simply send them via courier. It's the RECEIVING of the package that's illegal.
Until the dust settles on the silver issue, distribution from points north (or south) of the border may be a viable option. It's a matter of enforcement.
